Job Title

A Business Partner is a strategic leader in human resources that drives growth and performance by building effective people strategies. This role partners closely with stakeholders to support high-performance cultures, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive critical metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with internal and external partners in matrixed relationships to drive business impact.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.

  • Ownership mindset, strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, passion for coaching and mentoring, experience in fast-paced environments, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
