Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting ad creative strategies that balance storytelling with performance marketing.

You will own the creative direction for Meta Ads across multiple brands, developing ad concepts, storyboards, and campaign structures aligned with brand goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring cultural, social, and platform trends to identify content opportunities
  • Working closely with performance marketers to align creatives with audience insights, offers, and data

You will partner with designers, editors, and copywriters to transform ideas into scroll-stopping creatives (videos, statics, carousels, UGC).

Your tasks will also include:

  • Building a creative testing roadmap—ensuring we're testing hooks, formats, and storytelling styles
  • Collaborating with media buyers to align creative strategy with ad spend allocation

You will track creative performance across campaigns (CTR, thumb-stop ratio, CPA, ROAS), identifying winning creative patterns and scaling them into new iterations.

You will also run post-mortems on underperforming creatives to learn and improve, maintaining a creative library with categorized concepts, angles, and results.

A deep understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and how creative impacts performance is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability and knack for writing hooks that capture attention in 3 seconds.

You should have experience in structuring UGC-style ads, trend-based content, and direct-response creatives, as well as the ability to interpret data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and derive creative insights.

A strong knowledge of content trends across Instagram & Facebook is required, along with hands-on experience in editing short-form video content.

Prior experience working with influencers or UGC creators is an advantage, as is knowledge of creative testing frameworks like Hook vs Angle vs CTA testing.
