Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries. This includes providing accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers, with a focus on payroll, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, data reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws.
  • Coordinate with external providers and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave tracking, and vacation days.
  • Track absences, PTOs, and other forms of employee leave.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, with a strong background in payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing employee contracts, files, and HR platforms.
