Job Title: Audio Visual Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AV technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Collect requirements from end-users for AV-related projects
  • Create solutions based on received briefs/requirements
  • Obtain approval for AV solutions
  • Provide final designs to collaboration teams/vendor management for vendor quotes
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  • Coordinate downtime for project implementation once purchase orders are issued to AV vendors
  • Verify drawings received from vendors; intermediate-level knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
  • Coordinate with internal teams for room readiness required for AV system deployment
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery according to purchase orders
  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution with vendors and internal teams, follow up, and close out dependencies
  • Ensure project execution meets customer satisfaction
  • Document extensive project information throughout project lifecycles
  • Perform quality checks on physical installations
  • Test and commission AV systems
  • Take handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to central repositories
  • Help asset management teams verify delivery accuracy and provide asset tags for equipment
  • Provide handovers to operations teams/customers with proper training on installed system usage
  • Offer remote first-level support for maintenance calls
  • Visit project sites to address issues or troubleshoot, if necessary
  • Conduct periodic health checks on AV systems, providing input on improvements if needed
  • Conduct extensive proof-of-concepts for latest technologies
