Job Description:

As a key member of the Awfis Space Solutions Limited team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by driving new business and upselling to existing clients.
  • MIS Reporting and Budgeting: Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to drive operational success.
  • Expense Management and Cost Control: Manage center expenses to stay within budget while optimizing operational costs.
  • Collections and Renewals: Achieve timely collections from clients and maximize renewals at or above the budgeted seat price.
Community Building and Engagement:
  • Foster Collaborative Environment: Create a collaborative and engaging environment for members through regular events, networking opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Client Satisfaction and Service Delivery:
  • Client Retention: Drive client retention at the budgeted seat price by ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely renewals.
  • CSAT Score Management: Maintain and exceed target Client Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Vendor Management:
  • Purchase-to-Pay Process Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Purchase-to-Pay process for seamless procurement and vendor management.
  • Compliant Vendor Management Processes: Guarantee a 100% compliant vendor management process to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Facilities Management:
  • Centre Upkeep and Maintenance: Ensure the center's upkeep, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and readiness.
  • Maintenance Schedules and Preventive Maintenance: Implement maintenance schedules, DLP/AMC, and asset management practices to enhance productivity and control costs.

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹40 million, based on the company's revenue and location. This position requires strong business acumen, effective team leadership, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and growing a community, managing P&L as a Profit Centre Head, and driving operational success.
