Student Visa Application Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional with hands-on expertise in handling student visa applications for European countries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.
About the Role:
- Manage end-to-end student visa filing processes for European countries, including Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Cyprus, and others.
- Verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
- Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
- Complete university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
- Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
- Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student visa applications from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate document verification and compliance with embassy regulations.
- Provide exceptional support to students throughout the application process.
- Monitor and update knowledge on EU immigration laws and regulations.
- Liaise with students, universities, and consulates to facilitate smooth application processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
- Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
- Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
