Job Title: Enterprise Data Engineer

As a seasoned data engineer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing cutting-edge data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning. They should be well-versed in Big Data technologies such as HDFS, Apache Spark, and NoSQL databases.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy large-scale data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

We are looking for an expert who can distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architectures using Apache Spark, Flink, or similar frameworks
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, modular code utilizing languages such as Scala, Python, or Java
  • Collaborate with data scientists to craft data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis
  • Conduct thorough system testing, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development of comprehensive documentation, providing clarity on technical solutions and best practices

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful data pipelines, resulting in significant business value
  • Mastery of Big Data technologies, including Apache Spark, Flink, HDFS, and NoSQL databases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, with experience in containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
