Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Lawyer to lead our legal team and provide strategic guidance on land acquisition, title verification, due diligence, development rights, and property documentation.

  • Evaluate the legal aspects of real estate transactions and ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for investments in Private Equity and real estate.
  • Negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MoUs, and Investment Term Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on corporate structuring, SPVs, and regulatory compliance for real estate transactions.
  • Liaise with government departments, including T&CP, RERA, Registrar, Collectorate, Town Planning, and Municipal Corporations.
  • Ensure timely sanctions of building plans, layout approvals, and land-use change permissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications like CA, CS, CMA, etc.
