Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our software development team in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet business requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical architecture and design strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, such as Power Platform, RPA, Python, Tableau, AWS, and AI/ML.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, software development methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

This is a 6-12 months contract role that can be worked remotely from anywhere. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and leadership, with experience working on complex projects and delivering results-driven solutions.
