Visual Storyteller Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring innovative ideas to life.

This role demands someone who can think creatively, lead conceptually, and deliver exceptional results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of multiple brands across various campaigns
  • Leverage creativity to conceptualize and execute designs for print, digital, outdoor, and film media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to ensure high-quality work
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear and innovative creative executions
  • Evaluate creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
  • Presentation of ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
