Deep Red Ink is looking for a highly creative visual/graphic designer with video editing skills who can create engaging and captivating visuals and Videos.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, content, layout, and illustration for a variety of traditional and online mediums.

What will your typical day be like?

1. Designing user-friendly and compelling graphics/creatives such as-

  • Social Media Posts (Reels, Shorts)
  • Facebook Advertising campaigns
  • Instagram Advertising campaigns
  • Twitter Advertising campaigns
  • Web Banners
  • Landing Pages
  • Emailers
  • Posters
  • Print advertisements
  • eBook & Whitepapers
  • Newsletters
  • Video Editing
  • Miscellaneous marketing collateral

2. Conceptualizing the overall creative strategy for the venture to strongly establish its brand identity in the digital space.

3. Developing brand manuals illustrating the design language for the brand across all communication touchpoints.

4. Employing illustration, photography, type, and color techniques to create stunning designs.

5. Creating and maintaining a strong brand identity across all social media platforms.

6. Liaising with the content writing and marketing teams to get designing briefs and executing the same.

7. Liaising with the web development team and assisting in building the template for the new website.

8. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in designing and printing.

Experience & Education

You're expected to have-

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Flimora etc.)

- An education in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or similar. (Preference will be given to candidates from good institutions)

  • A meticulous individual who can never compromise on quality.
  • Ability to understand and deliver as per the brief
  • A painstaking eye for detail laying strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • A strong aesthetic sense which includes (but is not limited to) color combination, composition, balance, symmetry, print designs, etc.
  • A thorough understanding of design hygiene and the typefaces that are user-friendly in nature.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker.
  • A self-driven and independent individual who thrives in a start-up environment and can deliver within strict deadlines.
