Interior Design Career Opportunity

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs based on conversations with clients. You should have excellent creative thinking skills and be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust the approach based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales closure.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience during project execution.
  • Lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
  • Regularly conduct site visits to ensure project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behavioral attributes of Result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Ability to drive performance among independent team members and willingness to learn.
