Visionary Design Leader for Furniture and Home Interiors

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Design Head to lead our Furniture & Home Interiors division. The ideal candidate will combine strong aesthetic vision with technical expertise and commercial acumen.
The role involves driving design strategy, overseeing product development from concept to production, ensuring cost-effective solutions, and mentoring the design team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement a design vision that aligns with business goals.
- - Lead a team in creating innovative, market-relevant furniture and interiors.
- - Oversee product design, material selection, costing, and project estimation.
- - Collaborate with clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure quality and feasibility.
- - Manage team performance and ensure timely project delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong Qualifications:
- - 10+ years of experience in furniture & interior design.
- - Strong knowledge of materials, production processes, and costing.
- - Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).
- Prior Experience:
- - Proven leadership, client engagement, and portfolio of large-scale/customized projects.
