**Job Title:** Jira Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator to manage and configure our Jira environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our project tracking system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in managing Jira environments. They should be able to configure workflows, permissions, and custom fields, as well as administer user accounts and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
  • Workflow and Issue Management: Create and manage issue types, screens, and field configurations. Implement and maintain custom workflows tailored to project needs.
  • Automation Scripting: Configure automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates. Use scripting tools and plugins to enhance Jira functionality.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Jira and integrated tools. Export and analyze EPIC-level data for planning and implementation tracking.
  • User Support and Training: Provide support to users on Jira usage and best practices. Conduct training sessions and create help documentation.

  • Mandatory Skills: PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams, M365 Suites of Products, Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, Jira Service Desk, Agile (Value-Driven Delivery)
