Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Support Specialist to provide administrative, accounting, and secretarial assistance to our finance team on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will possess fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate financial documents.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Keep track of customer invoices and send reminders as necessary.
- Arrange for payments from customers and follow up as required.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Provide periodic updates to management on finance activities and progress.
- Perform various tasks related to administration and accounts.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English, organisational, and project management skills.
