Lead Strategic Brand Professional

This role involves spearheading brand initiatives to drive equity and preference through effective implementation.

  • Develop a robust brand strategy across product superiority, deepening equity, and effectively implemented across different market types.
  • Benchmark Masterbrand architecture strategy on the category.
  • Craft Positioning with Strong BCI - Build Brand Positioning Strategy and Brand Key.
  • Drive 360 Brand campaigns to enhance Equity and Preference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating multi-channel communication strategies for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.
  • Building Brand Purpose Platform.
  • Developing 'Always On' Digital plans for a 12-month calendar.
  • Promoting brand health metrics through the brand program with impactful and innovative communication plans.
  • Designing Masterbrand Visual Identity and Packaging Re-design (evolutionary and revolutionary).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in core brand management within FMCG, handling significant brand campaigns.
  • Education: MBA (Major in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 8-10 years (Minimum 3 years in brand management/brand equity).
  • In-depth exposure in creating a brand TVC and campaign planning.
  • Profound working knowledge of gathering consumer insights and deriving strategic execution-oriented insights.
  • Commercial acumen to efficiently manage marketing & media budgets.

Desirable success factors include prior experience working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business KPIs.
