Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 9 years of hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining complex web applications.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, integrating with APIs, performance tuning, and managing infrastructure to support robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
  • Architect systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
  • Create and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries in relational databases.
  • Perform database tuning, indexing, and caching strategies for optimal performance.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Monitor application health and performance using APM tools.
  • Implement cloud storage, serverless functions, auto-scaling, and failover strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 9 years of strong hands-on experience in PHP development, including experience with modern frameworks and Core PHP.
  • Solid experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Expertise in relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS and Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of web server configurations and Linux server management.
  • Good understanding of version control systems and branching strategies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Deep knowledge of backend performance tuning.
