Technical Program Manager

About the role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving cross-functional initiatives and overseeing technical programs to ensure successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Initiate and drive technical programs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guarantee smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market strategies, and successful rollout of new features.
  • Align stakeholders to ensure each release delivers intended business value and measurable outcomes.

**Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

**Preferred Skills/Certifications:**

  • PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP certification.
  • Scrum/ Kanban methodology certification (CSM, ACSM).
  • SAFe certification.
