Travel Operations Coordinator

  • Coordinate travel plans, including hotel and airline reservations.
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of client travel arrangements.
  • Utilize bonus miles and other rewards for clients' benefit.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and other issues as they arise.
  • Provide destination advice to clients, highlighting pros and cons of each option.
  • Cooperate with clients' point-of-contact in the days leading up to an event or arrangement.
  • For international roles, have comprehensive knowledge of all international destinations and aspects.
