Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT service projects. This role involves ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT service projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for cost reduction and resource optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
