Our organization seeks a highly skilled Analog Design Engineer to join our team.

This role involves working on the development of advanced analog mixed signal macros and their characterization.

  • Characterization of analog mixed signal macros is a key responsibility, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Analog digital interface timing model extraction is another critical task that demands expertise in multiple domains.
  • The engineer must be able to correlate timing model data with Hspice simulations for accuracy checks, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of quality assurance processes is essential to ensure consistency and correctness in all work outputs.
  • The ability to generate timing models for AMS macros in various formats as required is a vital skill.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing path, topology reports and implementing methodology and flow improvements using automation techniques.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in library characterization for AMS macros is necessary for this role.
  • Familiarity with NanoTime software is mandatory, as well as a solid grasp of timing fundamentals.
  • Experience with Hspice/Spectre simulators is desirable, but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency in automation tools such as shell/perl/tcl or python.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
