Our organization is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Owner to manage the development, optimization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.

This role involves collaborating with a global team to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and best-practice-driven Salesforce solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows to meet evolving business needs.

This individual must maintain and enhance Salesforce applications, break down complex technical tasks, and deliver thoroughly analyzed solutions.

A successful candidate should have extensive experience in Sales Cloud, knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes, and proficiency in Salesforce administration and development tools.

The ideal candidate should also possess a strong understanding of financial services, particularly investment banking processes, technical expertise in system integrations and data governance, and a track record of managing complex Salesforce implementations and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 12-20 years of experience in Salesforce
  • Extensive experience in Sales Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC using the Lightning Design System, Flows, and Platform Events
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer and App Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
