You understand business requirements and implement them using Salesforce out-of-the-box customizations including Object management, User Administration, and Data Security Model.

**You handle data on a day to day basis**:
You migrate data between various systems. You ensure data cleanliness and accuracy using custom validation, and custom formulas and create reports and dashboards for a better user experience.

You create change sets and assist in other areas of deployment.
