Network Security Specialist Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Specialist to administer and monitor security devices. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor security devices such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, network devices including L2 or L3 switches, Wi-Fi routers, load balancers, and NAC.
  • Coordinate with different departments for their network connectivity requirements, involving firewall configuration changes.
  • Review and analyze web application firewalls or load balancer configurations.
  • Perform vulnerability scanning, report, and manage MIS.
  • Ensure compliance to SLA, uptime of network security equipment, process adherence, and improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, build and maintain positive working relationships.
