Our guiding principle revolves around upskilling young women in the fundamentals of Generative AI tools and workplace readiness. This comprehensive training program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the modern workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions on GenAI tools and related skills.
- Ensure complex concepts are simplified and made accessible to learners.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, assessment conduction, and facilitating vlog shoots/live reporting of lessons.
Requirements:
- A strong grasp of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- 1+ years of experience leading training sessions in both online and offline settings, with a preference for teaching young adults and adults.
- Excellent understanding of the needs and nuances of our target audience.
