Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our high standards of service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and repair of Special Purpose Machines and CNC General Purpose Machines.
  2. Read and understand Mechanical drawings, Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits, and Geometric test charts.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of field problems and provide solutions.
  4. Interact with HO Designs and Assembly for CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).
  5. Preferred to have knowledge of Cp/Cpk study and its analysis.
  6. Handle independently field issues, customer complaints, and servicing issues.
  7. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and shut-down maintenance at customer sites.
  8. Communicate with accessory suppliers to resolve problems related to their units.
  9. Attend break-down calls on a priority basis.

Requirements

  1. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  2. Manageable soft skills, data management, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
  4. Spoken languages - English, Hindi. Other regional languages would be an added advantage.
  5. Capability to extend technical support to the service provider team.
  6. Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  7. Create rapport with Customer's project, production, and maintenance teams.
