Job Title: Digital Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced digital leader to manage our social media strategies, drive engagement across platforms, and enhance online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
