The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Chief Product Strategist to join our team based out of Global Business Service (GBS), Bangalore, India.

You will be responsible to drive preparation and update of GLP-1 communication to enhance internal awareness and build/optimize the existing communication channels and platforms.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Instrumental in formulation of the global portfolio tactical plans.
  • Key player for driving the omnichannel initiative for the targeted group of HCPs and supporting the affiliates.
  • Development of assets with strong portfolio messaging for the targeted group of HCPs.
  • Build materials/assets/tools that help drive implementation of the portfolio tactics and formulate non-promotional patient centric campaigns and associated deliverables.
  • Liaison between teams and affiliates for formulation, implementation and feedback of the tactical plan, also drive the strategic and tactical plans for Victoza.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), Engineering (B.Tech).
  • A Master's Degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute.
  • 5+ years of overall experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Medical Affairs/Sales/Brand Management/Project Management, with at least 3+ years of experience in Product/brand marketing /management.
  • Experience within Diabetes therapy area is preferred.
  • Experience in brand strategy & tactical plan development and implementation.
  • Cycle material development and their application to maximise brand performance.
  • Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
