IT Leadership Position

Overview of the Role:

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ODIN software, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers to maintain network infrastructure.
  • Manage server infrastructure, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure smooth operation.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) to enhance server efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement data backup, recovery, and security protocols to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards to minimize risk.
  • Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure connectivity across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions and support to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software and proficiency in related tools.
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management to ensure secure network operations.
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) to optimize server efficiency.
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards to minimize risk.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment to drive business objectives.
