Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. To ensure maximum ROI and CAC optimization, you will closely monitor ad spend and make data-driven decisions to drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools
  • Create data-driven reports to inform campaign improvements
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising platforms

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience in campaign budgeting and bid optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to generate detailed reports and insights from Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite
  • Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and lookalike audiences
  • 2+ years of experience in running paid ads (Meta, Google, , YouTube)
