In today's fast-paced financial landscape, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the Financial Institutions Group. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and build lasting relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets business and its complexities. With a strong focus on stock brokers, you will be responsible for managing client relationships across India and identifying opportunities for cross-selling banking products.

Your ability to analyze and understand balance sheets, as well as coordinate with risk teams, will be essential in putting forward proposals to senior committees. Additionally, you will need to acquire and onboard new clients while maintaining existing relationships with stock broker clients.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to influence and build strong relationships with broker clients. Your analytical skills and understanding of financial statements and balance sheets will also be crucial.

We are looking for a motivated individual with 6-8 years of experience in business sales, preferably in assets and GTS. A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution or a professional certification like CA or CFA will be highly valued.
