Job Description

  • The Business Analyst, AVP role is a key position that requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
  • This involves defining business processes, workflows, and system functionalities through meticulous analysis and documentation.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and functional documentation are essential skills for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a functional role, preferably in GRC.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, BPMN, or similar BA tools.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, or BI tools if applicable.
