Job Title: Technical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to lead a high-performing development team in a FinTech environment. This position requires expertise in Java, Golang, and Python, along with a strong background in developing scalable financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Architect, design, and oversee the development of high-performance, scalable applications using Golang, Java, and Python.
  • Ensure robust code deployment, maintenance, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless integrations.
  • Drive technical strategy, best practices, and innovation within the development team.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high standards for software quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java and Golang.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a management role, leading engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
