Job Title

An experienced and skilled psychologist is required to conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling and mental health support, and develop individualized therapeutic interventions.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that involves working closely with children who have diverse educational needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and APD. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in each child's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
  • Providing one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions to help children cope with their challenges and reach their full potential
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate a range of strategies and techniques tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Collaborating with other therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of each child's progress, including assessment results, treatment plans, and outcomes
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in psychology and related fields

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience working with children with developmental delays and special needs, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, and APD
  • Strong understanding of psychological theories and models, as well as evidence-based practices in assessment and intervention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in this role
