Cloud Data Engineering Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to lead the design and development of large-scale data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Py Spark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines utilizing cloud-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines into business applications.
  • Optimize database performance and scalability on cloud platforms.
  • Develop and implement data warehouse solutions using cloud-based storage systems.
  • Maintain and improve existing data workflows and catalog systems.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks using Py Spark.
  • 2+ years of experience in Databricks Workflows and Unity Catalog.
  • 3+ years working with cloud-based data factory services.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-based data lake storage.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-based SQL development and optimization.
  • 5+ years overall experience on cloud platforms.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Python programming, including package/module development.
