Game Release Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the timely delivery of our games.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game release requirements and be able to ensure that the right resources are aligned at the right time.
  • Able to spot dependencies and ensure projects are on track through regular checks.
  • This is a key role within our organization, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About This Role

As a Game Release Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the scope of each release and identifying potential issues early on.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the release are properly executed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple releases per year.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project, SmartSheets, or Trello.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
