Camp Organizer


Job Overview:

The role of the Camp Organizer involves strategizing and executing camps in both rural and urban areas, as well as mobile eye clinics. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing schedules for camps one week in advance
  2. Leveraging community outreach initiatives
  3. Organizing various types of camps such as awareness camps, corporate camps, and school camps in both rural and urban settings
  4. Fostering relationships with camp organizing agencies like village panchayats and NGOs
  5. Ensuring effective pre-camp publicity through banners, posters, newspapers, flyers, etc.
  6. Presenting the camp location to guarantee a smooth patient flow

This position requires experience in rural marketing or the NGO sector, with at least 1 year of experience in event management. A graduate degree with an MBA in Rural Marketing or MSW is preferred.
