Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infection control practices and healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing strategies to build awareness and generate demand for infection control products.
  • Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and industry events to promote infection control solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Assess competitor offerings and identify areas for differentiation in the infection control market.
  • Provide technical information to Bio-Medicals/CSSD Managers-Technicians/IC Nursing Heads/Consultants on feature benefits and routine tasks execution.
  • Coordinate with other Product Managers for end-user training during project completion/handover.
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools to drive sales growth in infection control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in medical equipment devices and consumables, preferably in the infection control industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
