Business Development Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within a designated territory in India. This role requires an experienced professional who can develop strategic plans, build strong relationships with key clients, and lead a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Regularly visit markets to understand customer needs and preferences.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13-18 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
