Job Opportunity

Are you a sales and business development professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have what it takes to identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and foster relationships with potential clients?

This full-time position is ideal for someone who can work independently and as part of a team. The individual will be responsible for lead generation, customer outreach, and maintaining robust customer service and communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet prospective doctors, clinics, hospitals, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
  2. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities.
  3. Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including outbound and inbound prospect management.
  4. Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  5. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and events representing the company for brand awareness.
  6. Capability to connect product value proposition with customer requirements.
  7. Daily reporting on sales tools/ CRM.
  8. Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2-5 years of total sales/BD experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in healthcare and life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Prior experience in MedTech/Healthcare/Pharma/Direct Sales/B2C.
  4. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
  5. Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
