About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an Atlassian Jira Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical technical support during high-priority incidents and resolve project-specific blockers.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting logs, designing and optimizing JIRA workflows and screens, evaluating and integrating third-party plugins, conducting in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities, and facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Atlassian tool administration
  • Proven track record of providing excellent technical support and resolving complex issues
  • Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, screens, and issue types
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
