About English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer Role

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated English Communication and Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and deliver high-impact training programs for students (ages 12–18) focused on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.

The ideal candidate will have strong coaching ability, experience working with teens, and a deep understanding of adolescent psychology. They will be responsible for creating outcome-focused lesson plans, running assessment-driven workshops, and demonstrating clear progress in student confidence and communication ability.

  • Create engaging lessons and run focused workshops to improve students' communication skills
  • Design formative & summative assessments and track measurable progress
  • Mentor students individually where needed and collaborate with the academic team

SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Noticeable improvement in students' spoken confidence and clarity within weeks

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience
