We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Tech Specialist for Emerging Technology initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication and requirement gathering across digital solutions projects.

This position requires a strong background in full-stack development, project management, and effective client relations. The ideal candidate should possess Japanese language proficiency (Mandatory) and be comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into structured technical documentation for the development team.
  • Liaise between offshore and onsite teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, testers, and project managers to align stakeholders.
  • Participate in design, development, and deployment of web/mobile applications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our Emerging Technology department. As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and driving innovation in our team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or master's degree preferred, but not mandatory if strong experience exists.
  • 3–8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs)
  • Strong understanding of frontend/backend architecture and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • 2 Years+ experience in project execution, client-facing roles, and cross-border team collaboration.
  • Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N3 Qualified and above (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in business English.
