Scientific Conferences Researcher

Your primary responsibility is to identify and document scientific conferences worldwide.

This role involves daily research, data collection, and management. You will be responsible for searching the internet for various scientific conferences across different niches, adding their details to a Google Sheet, ensuring data uniqueness, and organizing the information in an easily accessible format.

Daily Work
  1. Conduct online research to find scientific conferences in diverse fields such as medical, tech, AI, research, cognitive science, and more.
  2. Discover 50-60 new conferences each day.
  3. Add conference details, including name, date, location, website link, type of science, committee details, and deadlines, to the Google Sheet.
  4. Verify data accuracy and ensure no duplicates exist.
  5. Organize the collected data for easy use.
Requirements
  • Recent Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and language models (LLMs).
  • Able to manage and organize data efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to notice subtle discrepancies.
  • Basic written English skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in data compilation or research-based work.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with verifying information accuracy.
