Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineering leader to spearhead our engineering efforts.

This critical role ensures the stability, scalability, and operational excellence of our platforms through hands-on expertise with monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for applications and data platforms.
  • Reliability & Availability: Ensure SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs are met for performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Build automation for deployments, monitoring, scaling, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for accounting applications and data pipelines.
  • Incident Response: Lead on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and compliance controls.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12-15 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools.
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and financial system integrations from an operational support perspective.
