We are seeking a seasoned Tech Product Lead to spearhead our efforts in crafting a cutting-edge electronic trading platform. As part of this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our institutional customers.

The Scope of Work

">

Your primary focus will be on driving technical product decisions and executing designs that yield maximum impact for our team's work. This includes:

  • ">
  • Developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to guide technical builds and enhancements">
  • Crafting PRDs for infrastructure and application layer improvements">
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance to capture all requirements for successful product launches/releases">
  • Enhancing the liquidity provider program by building tools to track and report liquidity status and potential gaps">
  • Creating testing frameworks and test cases for individual product releases">
  • Building tools to track and report trading data and success metrics for product releases">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you should have:

">

- A proven track record in tech product management, preferably with experience in API development and management

">

- At least 2+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making or institutional trading

">

- Familiarity with foreign exchange products or payment solutions

">

- Experience in digital assets is an added advantage
