Health Insurance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health Insurance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our health insurance operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of health insurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and stakeholders in the health insurance sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, health sciences).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in health insurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance policies and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
