Job Description

The role of a Reservations Associate is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and play a key part in ensuring seamless operations within our hotel.

As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for handling pre-arrival communication with guests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries regarding hotel policies, amenities, and local attractions.

You will also handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions and escalating to relevant departments if necessary. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to coordinate with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details.

Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to upsell additional services, upgrades, or amenities to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. You will promote hotel loyalty programs, special offers, and packages to encourage guest participation and loyalty. Your excellent interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with guests by demonstrating personalized service, attentiveness, and genuine care for their needs and preferences.

In addition, you will maintain a guest database with accurate and up-to-date contact information, preferences, and special requests. You will track and analyze pre-arrival metrics, such as confirmation rates, booking trends, and guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing the pre-arrival experience.

Finally, you will generate regular reports on pre-arrival activities, including guest communication, conversion rates, and upselling performance.
