About the Role:
  • Provide second-level support for Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems
  • Analyze and resolve system incidents, alarms, and operational issues
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely problem resolution
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software enhancements and custom integrations to improve system functionality
  • Implement software upgrades and patches according to company processes

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve complex technical problems related to Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems
  2. System Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement
  3. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to internal teams on new systems and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genetec Security Center and/or OnGuard Access Control System support, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of access control concepts, physical security principles, and industry standards
  • Experience with system integration, IP network protocols, and common security hardware (readers, controllers, locks)
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or .NET for automation and customization
