Job Title: Performance Testing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Lead to join our team. As a Performance Testing Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance test plans, identifying potential performance issues, and collaborating with development teams to resolve these issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality performance test plans and scenarios that simulate real-world usage and identify potential performance bottlenecks
  • Develop and execute performance tests using tools such as LoadRunner or Neoload
  • Analyze test results and provide insights on potential performance improvements
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns
  • Communicate and remediate performance issues observed during testing
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Performance Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools (LoadRunner, Neoload)
  • Experience with ERP application performance testing
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
  • Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases
  • Proficient in understanding testing activities and approaches in different development methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
